While we know that every dog that comes through our door has his or her own specific needs and requirements, there are a multitude of questions with answers that can be helpful for all customers.

Q: Is someone with the dogs 24 hours?

A: Yes, a staff member is on site and available 24 hours a day to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort.

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?

A: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit or E-transfer. Payment is due when dropping off your pet.

Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve for daycare and boarding?

A: For daycare, please try to reserve your spot 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. For boarding, during non-peak times please book 1 week in advance and at least 1 month before peak periods like Christmas, Spring break and Summer and long weekends.

Q: How do we get started with daycare and boarding?

A: To be able to bring your dog for daycare or boarding we require proof of vaccinations and an information sheet to be filled out at the time of your meet and greet with our staff. Please contact us for more information to get started. There is a waiver form that will be filled out and signed at first visit. All dogs must have all up-to-date shots including Bordetella (kennel cough). We strongly suggest dogs have regular flea and de-worming treatments.

Q: What happens if I am late picking up my dog?

A: Please call us in advance. For overnight stays an extra one day boarding fee will be charged.

Q: What happens if I make a reservation and fail to keep it?

A: Please let us know as soon as your plans change so we can accommodate other dogs. Some fees may still apply.

Q: What should I bring for my dog when dropping him/her off for boarding?

A: A comfortable blanket, a toy that can get lost or destroyed during a fun playtime with another dog and a flat collar. No tennis balls or choke chains please.

Q: What happens if my dog runs out of food during boarding?

A: If a dog’s food runs out while boarding it will be bought (if identifiable) and charged to the owner. Otherwise, they will be given our food which is high quality food.

Q: How do you discipline the dogs?

A: We reward positive behavior to shape and encourage good manners. We focus on stress reduction and individual experiences.
