Like everything at the ranch, grooming guests need up-to-date vaccinations. Please bring proof at your first appointment.

Can I see the ranch before I book?
Yes. Tours are free and by appointment. Please bring your dog along: they’re the one we really need to meet. Book through the contact form or give us a call.
Do you groom all breeds and sizes?
Yes. We're experienced with dogs of every breed, size and temperament, from a quick tidy to a full coat overhaul.
What shampoo do you use?
We match the shampoo to your dog: hypoallergenic, natural organic, non-scented, or waterless for sensitive coats.
How long does a grooming appointment take?
A bath and tidy usually takes 1 to 2.5 hours. A full groom can take 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on your dog’s size and the services needed.
How do I book grooming?
Book through our client portal or by email. Grooming runs 10 AM to 4 PM, and we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Add-ons like nail trims and ear cleaning can be added when your dog is booked in for daycare, boarding or training.
What are your hours?
We're open seven days a week, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some of the longest hours in the area, so drop-off and pick-up fit your schedule rather than ours.
Are you open on holidays?
Your dog is cared for every day of the year, holidays included. The only two days we pause pick-ups and drop-offs are Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Boarding guests staying with us over those days are looked after exactly as always.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Valid vaccinations are required: Distemper, Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella. Please have your records handy before your first visit.
Do your prices include GST?
No. All listed prices exclude 5% GST and are subject to change. See the pricing page for current rates.

18030 32 Ave, Surrey, BC V3Z 1C6, a wide-open ranch property in South Surrey.
What is your cancellation policy?
Daycare and grooming need at least 24 hours’ notice. Boarding needs at least 96 hours’ notice, and your deposit is credited to your account for a future stay. If you pick up before your booked date, the full booking is charged, since the spot was held for your dog.
Do you require dogs to be spayed or neutered?
No. We welcome all dogs, spayed, neutered or intact, as long as they’re approved by our staff during their assessment.
